This level is designed to get each swimmer comfortable with the water and to get over any fears and anxieties of swimming independently. At this stage swimmers will learn to become safe in the water. Each swimmer will learn to swim through the water and back float to relax and breathe when needed. We take an individual approach to each swimmer to help them learn the skills to survive.
Parent/Child Classes
These classes are geared towards getting beginning swimmers comfortable in the water with a trusted caregiver at their side!
Recreational Swim Team with Coach Joshua
This program is designed to help swimmers achieve their goals. After having established at least the basics of each of the four strokes completing level 3, swimmers are welcome to join the swim team to work on building better technique, improving endurance and gaining speed.
Swim Team is designed to help students grow as not only swimmers, but also teammates.
Swim Clinics
A Swim Clinic is a set of five consecutive 30 minute lessons taught at the same time each day.
Although Swim Clinics are great for any type of swimmer, we developed them specifically for swimmers that are having difficulty making progress in a typical swim lesson format.
